Back from the Read

Well hey there! Sorry I haven't been posting, I've went back to Texas, then went back to Mass, have been looking for a full-time job, etc, etc. Anyway, so I'll give you the gist.

-went to Texas on a plane, visited family, saw Maxine, worked a tiny bit, visited more family, Christmas, visited friends, New Year's



-back to Mass, brought Mushu with me, visited friends, went on some hikes, hours cut, looking for full-time job, establishing residency, so am taking a year off of school, still owe $10 grand to school, cleaned out my car (finally), joined a gym







so, there, you're caught up. :)

so, Friday night I went to a concert and saw Bujak and Spiritual Rez, Saturday I worked, was so sleepy, so I slept for like 16 hours (almost straight), I have some interview follow-up questions with Starbucks, and... I think that's it for now.

Oh, and unfortunately, the 2 books I was reading (and wanted to finish) are in Texas, because I forgot to put them in my backpack. :(

P.S. I got all As and Bs for the semester (despite being sick for 3 weeks) yay!

Breaking up is hard to do...

Not that I was in a dating relationship or anything, but as you (who's you? who even reads this? comment if u do b/c I don't think I'm talking to anybody...) might know, I will soon be transferring from Sterling College.
Now, this was an uber-hard decision, but after lots of thought, prayer, and opinions, I have finally decided what the course will be for the rest of my undergrad college life. Reasons:
-Much, much, much, cheaper to go to Tomball college for the semester
-Will have a job, so will have steady income.
-Wanted to transfer to a linguistics school, but it was too late by the time I thought abt it, so it's easier to pay for that school if i just get gen eds out of the way at a cheaper college and have a better schedule that will help regiment me to find motivation for my grades.
-Just have a feeling that i've learned what i needed to at Sterling, and feel God is telling me to move on to the next step
-my gut is telling me

So, It was a really hard decision, but my head finally feels clear, and it hasn't felt that way in a long, long, time. I feel this is what I need to do and have accepted my own decision.
I will dearly miss the people at Sterling, but this is something that I have to do.

Decisions, decisions....

Well, my original plan was to go to Sterling College in KS w/ tuition being 9 grand b/c of scholarships + room and board and stuff.
But NOW, i have another option: I could stay w/my boss and have a floor to myself w/good rent rate and go to a closer college.
So....
dorm vs floor
social vs a lil less social?
no guarantee of job vs part-time
far vs close
christian vs secular (or christian)
out of state rate vs in-state
accepted vs possible registration (w/connections)

AAAAaaHHHhhh! I don't know what to do!

there are so many pros and cons to both of them. I just don't know what path to go on. anyone wanna help me choose?
