Mis clases y vida colegio en general

Aren't u glad I'm not typing the actual blog in spanish? lol. Btw, if you don't know, that means "My classes and college life in general"
Ok, so in case you're wondering, I'm taking 15 hours this sem. This includes - in ranking of faves -
1. Mass Media, Self, and Society
2. Forensics Lab
3. Public Speaking
4. Foundation of Servant Leadership (H)
5. Concepts of Physical Fitness
6. Physical Science (w/concurrent Lab)

So far college is going great, we have to squeeze like 13 ppl at our lunch table. They're awesome, crazy, and I love 'em. I think I told you abt my roomies in my last blog....
It's great living on campus, and I can walk or ride my bike to everywhere in town, so I'm getting some exercise. Oh, and I live on the 2nd floor so I'll have some built calves by the end of the semester, ha ha. ....
Pink hair! darn. I was uploading a picture but it didn't work. If u have my facebook the pic's on there. It's just a small section, but I'm trying out different colors to see what works best, and then I may put in some semi-permanent stuff.

um.... I thought I had more to say, but I really don't. We've just been watching movies every weekend and stuff like that. We did go to the KS state fair 2 days ago tho. It was fun, but I didn't get to go on any rides. :( s'ok b/c a lot of people had homework. Right now, college isn't anymore difficult than high school, but we'll see how that goes toward the middle of the semester.

I really like it though. Oh, and there's this program our college is part of called "Best Semester" where you get to study abroad. I'm thinking of going to Russia or Costa Rica either 2nd sem soph or 2nd sem jr, b/c there's a language studies class I'm taking 1st sem jr yr. If I go on the trip to Russia, I'll be abt 7 hrs away from Zina and Marina!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited. :) But of course, I'm only 1/3 of the way through the 1st semester. If even that. Yeah, like 3 weeks. So, i'll tell u if anything comes up.... that's it for now.

P.S. Animes recently watching: Bleach (10?), Shakugan no Shana (2) , and MHS (2)

Scaling the Andes

Andes mints that is. :) I had a box of 28 mints and ate the whole thing in 2 days. Whoops. Oh well.
Anyway, transition into college is a cinch so far. My roomies are all wonderful : there's Kaitie, Alex, and Sarah (all from KS). Besides the fact that it's always at least a 15 degree diff between here and houston, it's all right. My classes are pretty interesting so far. All except Physical Science b/c so far it's really easy, and the fact that all my other classes are in the morning and this one class is at 2:10 everyday. The good thing is that I only have a max of 3 classes a day.
I can walk to class for everywhere I need to go, and the town is so small that I ride my bike practically everyday. So, I like it so far.
On a different note, this weekend I'll be traveling to Tyler, TX (around there anyway) to go to the Center for Creative Media) which I strongly considered applying to. It's for the ppl interested in media production and such. I'll already know the campus, and they're an awesome organization so I think it'll be fun.
Now, in lull of all this crazy college life, I still miss all my tomball ppl dearly, just so u know. ;)

I think that's all I have to report right now. TTYL!
